Happy New Year everyone!
The pastoral search continues. We have identified 10 local/regional pastors that we are going to reach out to for recommendations or connections to people who might be a good fit for the position at Cornwall. We have already received one resume that looks very good! The committee will meet again on Feb 7 to continue work on the process.
Youth Group has started up again. They meet on Monday nights from 7-9pm. If you have kids in grades 7-12 encourage them attend. If you like to make snacks, the kids always enjoy having treats.
Most small groups have started up again. There are groups running on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. If you would like to get plugged in, talk to Ian, Tom, Don, or Megan at church, or feel free to email Ian at imorse@gmail.com.
Ryan MacNeil is hosting our second Board Game Day. Saturday, Jan 20 from 2-4pm at the Church. Drop in for a quick game or a visit.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on Feb 1
We are having a potluck on Feb 4. More details coming soon.
